Great seller. Communications from this seller, 5 star. They kept me informed, even with my special requests on a delivery timeline. Received the machine with a seamless delivery from the freight company, 5 star as well. The machine was what I expected and what was described. If you are looking for a mini excavator, I would not look past this Seller. Great Experience!!!

Prior to purchase, I had several questions about the machine. The seller responded quickly with the information that I needed. The purchase of the machine was painless. Shipping info was immediately provided. The digger arrived within expected time frame and with no damage. Delivery truck driver was very helpful and put the machine where I needed it. The digger appears to be a sturdy, well built, and well worth the cost. Highly recommend this seller.

Got to share my T – 20 story! Been scoping out mini excavators, checked heaps of models, then found this T – 20. The sales crew? Top – notch. Kept me in the loop non – stop, handled delivery smooth as butter—freight company nailed it. And get this, my kid hopped in, looked like a total pro, machine’s size perfect for both work and silly little “test drives.” It’s exactly as described—solid, runs great, handles rough terrain like a champ for small jobs. If you’re after a mini excavator, don’t skip this seller!

Thought I’d share how it went with the T-20—drove nearly five hours to their Atlanta warehouse, totally worth it. Test drove it first, exactly what I needed. Felt solid, responsive for my jobs, no clunkiness. The sales folks were on it, called to check the test drive, answered all my questions without making me feel daft. Decided to buy right then, picking it up was easy—they walked me through hooking it to my truck, no rushing. Got it home, fired it up, runs just like the test drive. No surprises, just a good machine and folks who care.

The how-to videos the sales rep sent were pretty straightforward, I’ll give ‘em that. But c’mon—I dropped over ten grand on this thing. I should’ve gotten a full, detailed manual right off the bat. After bugging ‘em a few times, I finally got it. Thanks, I guess.

Honestly, the build quality and performance of the machine are both solid—I’ve got no complaints there. But seriously, why skip the AC? In winter, I can just bundle up more, but that little fan in the top right? Come summer, I’m pretty sure it’ll be next to useless. Guess I’ll have to head home and figure out if I can rig up some cooling myself.

Honestly, I took a pretty big risk with this—after all, it’s over ten grand we’re talking about. Their warehouse is miles from me, too. I’d actually written off buying this brand’s excavator, but the sales rep sent me these videos, plus other customers’ reviews, and they totally drew me in. Lucky thing I wasn’t in a rush—this rep kept in touch with me for almost a month straight. Ended up getting my machine, so thanks a bunch.

I picked up the machine myself from their Houston warehouse—no issues there, and it’s been running fine so far. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. But here’s the thing: I needed an auger, and since they were out of stock in Houston, they had to ship one from Atlanta, the nearest location. The sales rep promised it’d reach my company within a week tops. Well, I’ve been waiting almost two weeks now. Turns out the courier sent it back because the packaging was damaged. Even though I’m not on the hook for shipping costs, this has really thrown off my work schedule.

Unfortunately, the machine they delivered conked out after just a few days. I don’t know much about this kind of equipment, so the sales rep helped me get in touch with a technician. We figured out the issue over a video call—turns out the warehouse forgot to switch off the main power during their regular checks, and that drained the battery! They sent over a new battery and even threw in a small bucket to say sorry. I’ve decided to let it slide, honestly. I was pretty worked up when it first happened—I snapped at the sales rep and said some things I didn’t mean.

Got the machine, fired it up without a hitch. Gonna see how it runs from here.
