If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy. You may return your equipment to our designated warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping and logistics is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by TITAN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it.

  • Unused and undamaged.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns sent to our facility without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-configured or specially ordered products, perishable goods, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item.
Returns are not accepted for final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
